 Author Registration :

• (1) Does not include nights in the hotel.
• (2) Conference materiel, 3 lunches, break coffee.
• (3) Does not include conference materiel.
• (4) Please show a copy of the Student ID and a letter from the university confirming student status at the registration desk.
• (5) Purchase Orders (bons commandes) are not accepted.

Registrations without payment are not valid!

 Registration Fees include:

• Conference registration and admission to all technical sessions (not for (3)).
• 3 nights in the “5-star A HOTEL Kenzi Farah” with breakfast in hotel (not for (1) and (2)). (For shared rooms: send to the organizers the name of the other sharing room registrant).
• Coffee and refreshment breaks (on the conference facilities).
• Lunches on 17, 18 and 19 of October 2016 (on the conference facilities).
• Gala Dinner.
• Sight seeing of the city.
• A program book of the conference (not for (3)).
• Electronic conference proceedings.

 Registration Fees are 500 euros . The tutorial package includes documentation, coffee breaks and lunch.

 Cancellation Policy :

 All requests for cancellations must be in writing. No refund will be made after 9 October 2016. There will be a 100 Euros service charge on all refunds.

 Visa Letters Policy :

 Invitation letters for attendees who need visas are only issued if the attendee has registered in the conference and paid the due registration fee. Please arrange for obtaining visas early.
